EQUIP: Finances

Developing a God-centered view of money and biblical principles of stewardship are essential as we mature in a relationship with God. How we handle our money - actually, God's money that He has entrusted to us to use for His purposes - speaks volumes about what we value and how much we love Him.

Money is a tool to use for God's Kingdom purposes, and it is a test of our faithfulness to Him and His priorities. The question is, Will we love God and use money, or will we love money and try to use God for our own selfish gain? Will we worship money, or worship God with our money?

Our equipping efforts will focus on developing a biblical perspective on finances, providing practical help with budgeting and getting out of debt, and coming to a place where we are able to give faithfully, generously, and joyfully!
