CreationLand Ministry Team:
LifeGroup Leader:
- Is a member of 121
- Prepares & leads Bible-learning centers/activities for foundational Bible teaching.
- Builds positive relationships with children in CreationLand & families
- Sets a positive example by living as an authentic witness of Christ & through full involvement in the ministry of the church.
LifeGroup Leader Assistant:
- Assists LifeGroup leader in teaching lesson – prepares & plans craft/activity
- Fills in for leader when they need to be out
- Builds positive relationships with children in CreationLand & families
- Sets a positive example by living as an authentic witness of Christ & through full involvement in the ministry of the church.
Helper:
- Assists LG leader & assistant with snacks & crafts
- Helps with clean up
- Interacts with children & helps with transition times
CreationLand Greeter:
- Arrive 20 minutes before 1st service & check in & welcome children & parents as they arrive
- Greet each child & parent with a smile
- BE CONTAGIOUS with excitement!
Class Outreach Coordinator:
- Prepare & have all other team members sign birthday cards for children
- Make phone calls or send cards to those out
Team Coach:
- Schedule your class team each month
- Be sure there is enough coverage each Sunday
Supply Coordinator:
- Keep all supplies needed stocked (snacks, diapers, cleaning, trashbags etc…..) List will be provided
- Keep supply cabinets organized
- Stock diaper changing areas before each Sunday
Craft Supply Coordinator:
- Obtain the craft needs for the month & have on hand for each class.
- Look over the lesson one month in advance - check with teachers to see which activity they would be interested in doing
- Keep craft supply area stocked & organized
- Distribute supplies for each week to classrooms before Sunday
Room Set up Coordinator:
- Get rooms ready each week & stocked with goldfish
- Put paper on tables & chairs set around tables
Spiritual Development Coordinator:
- Look over lesson for month & make copies for each teacher
- Have all copies made & in folder for each Sunday - this can be done each month for entire month
- Research other curriculum ideas
Service Coordinator:
- Available to help with restroom breaks – replenish refreshments – get items needed for teachers
- Record attendance numbers
- Walk halls during the service
- Makes decisions as when a parent needs to be paged
Service Floater:
- Available to help in what – when – where needed
Nursery Coordinator:
- Is a member of 121
- Oversees all aspects of Nursery during service
- Gives direction to all caregivers serving in Nursery
- Fill out all Nursery info card for parents
- Builds positive relationships with babies in CreationLand nursery & families
- Sets a positive example by living as an authentic witness of Christ & through full involvement in the ministry of the church.
Nursery Caregiver
- Provides loving care for infants
- At least 18 years old
- Experienced in caring for infants
Environment Coordinator:
- Keeps room set with current working & productive toys
- Checks all supplies
- Checks furniture & fixtures & puts in request if need repair
