D-Now is a weekend with your friends to go deeper with God.
Our focus at D-Now this year is on the one book that is alive and active and able to change lives: The Word of God. We can live by God's Word every hour of every day but we need to know it. All 66 books of the Bible have something to tell us about God, ourselves, and the world we live in—that’s 24/7:66 living with the word.
At D-Now this year, we'll be participating in the Planet Wisdom Tour (planetwisdom.com) with other students from around the metroplex. You'll hear about evidence for the credibility of Scripture, see the the big picture of the Bible and learn how to study the Bible on your own with teaching from Mark Matlock, worship with Dutton, and Drama with the Skit Guys.
D-Now begins with dinner on Friday night at 121 and continues with the Planet Wisdom Tour at Irving Bible Church. You will stay in Host Homes of 121 Church Members on Friday and Saturday night with 7-10 friends, an adult leader and a host family. D-Now concludes on Sunday morning after the 2nd service.
